Jordan was so sufficient from the time he found the hail damage to our roof and the time of the roof replacement. He kept me informed every step of the way. He worked with the insurance company own our behalf. He was so nice to work with. Luke, the project manager was onsite the whole time during the replacement progress. He also keep me informed throughout the day. They got here at 730am and they were finished by 130pm. Everything was cleaned up and took away. I highly recommend Live Oak for roof replacement.
