Our roof is absolutely Beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs. The day of the installation the crew arrived bright and early and started work right away. Were super accommodating about stopping work when I needed to take the dog out. Covered areas below with tarps and went around with magnets and blowers afterwards. The project manager Steven communicated with me by touching base in the morning. He also let me know when they were done so he could do a walk around with me. Explained the new type of shingles that were installed and showed me how they replaced flashing and caulked around chimney. The whole process was very smooth so far and I am sure the gutter install will go the same way. The project manager on site Blayne Taylor arrived at my house for install and kept me updated on the progress through every stage. He was polite and showed a true appreciation for me selecting Live Oaks for my Roofing needs. Great experience with him as our project manager!! Live Oaks is a 10/10 when it comes to customer care & quality of work.

From initial contact with Johnathan Gordon from Live Oak Exteriors we were impressed with his knowledge, honesty and professionalism. He practically turned keyed the process, from dealing with and getting an approval through the insurance, ordering the needed supplies and a Beautifully installed roof in one week. Blayne Taylor over saw the installation process. He sent drone pictures from before, during and after; as well as remained on sight if we had any questions. From scrape off to install, with job site completely cleaned up in a 10 hour period.

Great company with professional and extremely courteous staff. Their quality workmanship was carried out through this entire process.

Just finished having my new shingles installed and am looking forward to getting my new gutters installed on Monday. If the gutters go as smoothly as the roof I know everything will be great! My new roof started with Jonathan who came and inspected it for storm damage. He also made sure he was out here when the insurance inspector came out so that he could point out anything that they might miss. Got here before the inspector did and marked spots with chalk so things could be easily spotted. In all honesty I just went inside and let Jonathan handle the insurance inspector. After insurance approved installation he helped me pick out the best color shingles for the house that is a nice neutral color so if I decide to change my house color I have open choices. He kept me informed about installation times.
