Miguel Martinez

After discovering a roof leak, we needed to move on things quickly. Having received a recommendation from my neighbor (who'd recently replaced her roof), I called Live Oak Exteriors, who quickly arranged for a roofing specialist to take a look. Miguel Martinez was great from the start. He made sure to be onsite when the insurance adjustor was making his assessment. He and others at Live Oak worked tirelessly dealing with my insurance company. The only hickup was when I had a scheduled date of installation and due to rain occuring the week prior my install was postponed. However I wasn't notified and had to reach out. It would have been nice to be updated rather than me having to reach out. After that though there were no other issues. Install went quick and I came home that afternoon to what looked like a brand new house. Since Miguel was unavailable the afternoon of install, Danny stopped by that evening to one last sweep with the magnet (which was appreciated) and to make sure I thought I was happy with the results. Blayne Taylor followed up a few days after install to make sure everything went well, and we were completely satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend Live Oak Exteriors to anyone looking for a roof installation!
