Live Oak Exteriors did a great job replacing our roof! Seth Pickens was very knowledgeable, responsive and respectful of our time. We appreciated that! He provided all the information we needed to make our decision. Then he maintained great communication while trying to schedule the work, as we navigated weather issues and our own schedules.

Blayne Taylor, the project manager, did an excellent job the day of the installation. From beginning to end, he updated us with drone pictures and reports on how the work was going. The roof looks great and the experience was very pleasant! Highly recommend!

My roof looks absolutely amazing. The phrase "they don't make them like they used to," couldn't be further from the truth in my case. I would compare it to driving a car from the 90s and the experiencing driving a car from a current model year. The quality, features, and attention to detail Live Oaks Exteriors brings to the table is exceptional. Steven and his crew did an excellent job on the install, finishing the roof same day and leaving the area around the house better than they found it. Seth is a great sales representative who was highly knowledgeable and handled every question and insurance issue that I had every step of the way. Overall, I enjoyed a premium experience at an affordable price. I also appreciate getting a knowledgeable explanation on the services the company offered and got exactly what I needed with zero pressure to add additional options that were outside my comfort zone.

Where do I start, this was an amazing Company. Seth Pickens came out to do the inspection and he really took his time and explained everything from start to finish also showed us all are options. Blayne Taylor came out with his crew and knocked it out with no hiccups I am so pleased with this company. I’m not sure how they trained their guys but definitely A1 in my book. Blayne took pictures though out the day and sent me updates. Thanks a lot Seth and Blayne top notch.
