I contacted Jonathan Hill with Oak Hall Exteriors because I was referred to him by a friend. Jonathan came out and got up on the roof and assessed my roof explaining everything as he went along and what he was looking at. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything easily for me to understand. One we determined I definitely needed a roof, it was on to the next step as seamlessly as the call to Live Oak Exteriors. Jonathan walked me through the next steps and did a fantastic job with communication between all parties. He showed me my roof choices and how they install the roofs. They use amazing quality stuff! Once everything was decided he kept me in the loop while scheduling the roof.

On roof install day, Steven was my project manager. He called me to introduce himself and let me know everything that was going on. He sent pictures and updates along the way. The crew was great. They covered everything, cleaned up, and left no trace. I am very happy I went with Live Oak Exteriors!

If you’re reading this trying to decide on a roof company, let me save you some time and just go with Live Oak. From the very beginning, Jonathan Hill was an absolute pleasure to work with. He educated us, fought for us, and made us feel like true friends. Blayne Taylor was present for the entire roof installation (which they do in just one day!) and made sure everything was safe and done the right way. Because of Jonathan and Blayne, a potential stressful process was made incredibly easy. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Stop looking and just give them a call!

I contacted Johnathon with Live Oak Exteriors to check my roof after several storms had occurred in my area, to make sure the roof was good. Jonathan found several areas of concern and helped me submit my claim paperwork, which got approved.
 

The install of the new roof was smooth as well. Steven was the on-site supervisor during install. He and his crew were on time and keep me informed throughout the day. He sent photos along the way as well showing the progress which I appreciated. His crew was fantastic from start to finish.
