I am beyond satisfied with Live Oak. Salesman Kyle helped with filing our insurance claim, got us an estimate, got the process going extremely quickly! The day of installation, the crew was at our house by 6:30AM. The crew was extremely professional and very quick and efficient! The whole roof was removed and the new one put on by late afternoon, and everything was clean and spotless when they left at approximately 5:00PM! Project manager Steven was phenomenal. He stayed with the crew all day making sure they had everything they needed and giving direction as needed. I would use this company again, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs roof work or a roof replacement! I wish I could leave 100 stars!

Kyle Collins was a great resource in understanding the process of roof repair and replacement. He was also available at any time for questions and concerns. Once installation day arrived, Blayne Taylor was very communicative and provided drone pictures of the process at each major step, from removal to installation. Overall, a great experience.

From the beginning to the end the process was extremely easy. Best experience I have ever had dealing with a company for anything. From the sales guy Kyle taking care of the inspection and the repair test for the insurance company these guys went above and beyond. The day of install Steven and his crew were here bright and early and knocked out my roof by noon. These guys are awesome. A once and a life time experience dealing with them. You couldn't ask for anything else. The communication was on point and everything. Definitely recommend these guys for all your roofing needs.
