What an amazing experience we had with Jayden from Live Oak. We tried a year prior to getting our new roof and had gone through a different company. They were not up for the challenge and stopped submitting necessary documentation to the insurance company. Jayden went to bat for us from the very start. He stayed on top of everything and whatever was requested from the insurance company, he submitted it. He went on top of our roof numerous times just to get us approved for a full roof as they only wanted to patch it when clearly, we needed an entire roof. The job was done in a timely manner and he ensured that all was complete. I would highly recommend Live Oak but I would certainly recommend that you request Jayden. After we had our roof done, 2 of our neighbors got theirs done as well and used Jayden.
